dispatch.tools is a product of Countrywide Express Inc ("we", "us"), a corporation registered in the United States. These terms outline the rules for using the dispatch.tools website and the software we publish.

1. License

Unless otherwise stated, dispatch.tools and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on dispatch.tools. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from dispatch.tools for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. Products you buy are covered by section 3.

2. User Restrictions

You must not:

  • Republish material from dispatch.tools
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from dispatch.tools
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from dispatch.tools
  • Redistribute content from dispatch.tools

3. Products you buy

When you buy a product from us, you receive a licence to use it. You do not buy ownership of it.

Google Sheets templates (such as CollectLane). One purchase allows you to:

  • make copies of the template and use them in your own business, including by the people who work in that business;
  • change your copies in any way you like.

You may not:

  • share, publish or give away the template, any copy of it, or the link we email you for making a copy;
  • sell or resell the template, or include it or a changed version of it in anything you sell or give away, including on marketplaces such as Etsy or Gumroad.

Each separate business needs its own purchase. If a copy link is shared publicly, we may turn it off and send buyers a new one. Copies you have already made keep working.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Countrywide Express Inc, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract. Countrywide Express Inc, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our browser extensions.
